Plain English summary: Use RepHit for your workouts. Don't abuse the service or other users. Your workout data is yours. Pro is billed as described and you can cancel anytime.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using RepHit (operated by Rephit Workout Tracker), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
The service
RepHit provides a workout tracking and fitness community platform ("the Service"). We offer:
- Workout logging and tracking tools
- Personal record (PR) tracking
- Streak monitoring and reminders
- Community features including activity feeds and leaderboards
- Routine sharing and discovery
- Optional Pro subscription with enhanced features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any resulting disruption.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RepHit. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
One person, one account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or limitations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, bully, or harm other users
- Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source code
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Post spam or promotional content in community areas
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Your content
You own the workout data, notes, and other content you create in RepHit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to provide the service (e.g., showing your routines to friends you share them with).
You can export or delete your content at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
By sharing content publicly (routines, community posts), you grant other RepHit users the right to view that content as configured by your settings.
Pro subscription
RepHit Pro is an optional paid subscription providing enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the stated price for your chosen plan (monthly or annual)
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us. You retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
Health & fitness disclaimers
RepHit is a tracking and logging tool, not a medical or fitness professional. The workouts, routines, and information in the app are for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
RepHit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app or the workouts logged within it.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. For serious violations (harassment, illegal activity), termination may be immediate and permanent.
